When a subscription payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to GXJOBS platform services and tools. Because access is delivered instantly and platform resources are consumed immediately, we do not provide refunds for subscription payments.
The subscription fee is not a payment to apply for jobs. GXJOBS does not charge users to submit job applications on employer websites.
Refunds may be considered only where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate billing), contact support with your payment reference.
Initiating a chargeback may result in restricted access while the dispute is reviewed. If you have a billing issue, contact support first so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
